Saskatoon, Sask., on our Cross Canada RV Trip

We went to Saskatoon, Sask. for a first time visit and to see some family that we hadn't seen in a very long time and the youngest generation we hadn't met before. Saskatoon is larger than we realized but the family was out in Martinsville, a small rural town north of Saskatoon so that made it easy to get to and we didn't spend a lot of time being lost, other than coming into the city on the first day.

Saskatoon 16 West RV Park

We enjoyed our stay in Saskatoon using the time to relax and do some shopping and chores. The weather was warm and sunny for most of our visit. The rest of our time was visiting family.
Cloud formation at the RV park

This cloud formation was the early beginnings of a great lightening show later in the evening. We had some rain but not a lot during the night. It did cool down for the following morning. That was our first prairie storm.

Sunset from our RV
We did see a couple of very pretty sunsets. Saskatoon has some sights to see during a visit, but the one that we'd planned on visiting was not open for this season.
After a few days in Saskatoon, Sask, it was time to be on our way to see more. Follow us to Moose Jaw, Sask, Canada and we will share our adventures with you.
